snake Ray Engebretsen

Today I am still at Waterline Marina. Was leaving yesterday, but one of my go fast engines was not right. Took it to a repair shop and they are fixing it up under warranty. The lower unit seals went bad. Had to order the parts, but was told it would be done Friday. I will try and leave Friday.
This morning when I got up and on the dock there are night lights. On the very 1st light there was a small snake wrapped around the light trying to keep warm. As I am looking at this snake, Ray Engebretsen came along and reached over and very gentle removed the snake from the light. He took it to the end of the marina and turned it loose. Ray lives on a sailboat here in the marina.
During my stay here in this marina in Melbourne, My brother Steve and his lovely wife Diane picked me up and I stayed two nights with them in St. Cloud. I then flew home out of Orlando, to see family and had a great time. To everyone I did not make contact with, I hope you understand there were only so many days. I had a great time with my grand daughter Jasmine and her Black Lab Dalamar.
