		<description>I loved those pictures from Englewood to Boca Grande. I live here and they made me realize how fortunate I am! Places like Whiddens Marina created a Florida law to protect family marinas from escalating property taxes.  The old law taxed them as best use property, meaning at condo rates.  The new law recognizes these family businesses aren&#039;t wealthy enough to pay those rates so they&#039;re taxed for what they are.  In Whidden&#039; case, as a family owned marina. I hope Whidden&#039;s gets another 85 years because of the change!

I noticed you have a Potter 15. Did you take out the center board and epoxy in the well?</description>
